How many variables can I add to the chart? For Waterfall Charts: One total at the start, up to 5 change variables, and one total at the end. For all others: 7 variables. Do you need more? Get in contact with us.
-
What if I have fewer variables? Then leave the field(s) blank. Any fields that are blank will be deleted in your chart; but if your field is zero then it will be kept.
-

-
How long does it take to receive my results? There are approximately 2 minutes between the data submission and the results being emailed to you. The arrival time into your inbox will depend on your own mail server.
-
Which formats are available for the results? You have two options: Excel file or an Image (PNG) file. The Excel file will be in the .xlsx format, which is the default for Office 2007 onwards. The image file will be in PNG, which is a common format which you can easily paste into PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, PDF, etc. Do you need a different format? Get in contact with us.
-
Do I need Excel to read the results? You do not need Excel or and MS Office subscription if you choose the Image option. Any computer can read the PNG, including your mobile device. The Pie Chart and Bar Chart .XLSX export options need software which can read .XLSX files, which is normally done in Excel. However they will work with reasonable accuracy in Google Sheets or similar programs. However some formatting may be lost if you use something other than Excel. Waterfall Charts .XLSX files can only be read in Excel. This is because it is not a common chart, so it does not work in Google Sheets. Do you want it in a different format? Get in contact with us.
-
Can I use the chart in PowerPoint?Yes. One of most important reasons the delivery formats are Excel and PNG is because our customers need to be able to use the charts easily in PowerPoint. Copy the chart and paste it straight into your PowerPoint file. Resize and format as needed.
-
Why have my results not arrived?Firstly: check your spam folder. Secondly: are you 100% sure that you added the destination email correctly? Try submitting again and make sure that the destination email is entered correctly. If your chart is still not arriving, then get in contact with us.
